01No key
Free and anonymous. Search products and brands and read observed market counts through the public endpoint — no account, no key.
02Neobi key
Issued by Neobi to customers. Unlocks distribution, pricing, store and portfolio tools. The key goes in the connector's Request headers as Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key — never in the URL.
03Neobi Pro
Everything, plus points-of-distribution share, data freshness, store-level performance estimates, and complete lists with no 500-row cap. Starts with the Pro trial on app.neobi.ca/plans.
A compatible client can connect to the public Neobi MCP endpoint and discover sixteen deployed read-only market tools. Product search, brand search and market size answer without any key; the rest unlock with a Neobi key or Neobi Pro. Client setup varies by product and configuration.
What does a Neobi key unlock?
Product distribution and pricing, stores carrying a brand, store assortment, distribution rankings, and the portfolio tools. Keys are issued by Neobi — ask your Neobi contact — and belong in the connector's request headers, never in the URL. neobi.io/plans#ai-assistants lists every tool by level.
What data is open?
The free level exposes shared, read-only market observations with lineage and caveats. It is not complete national point-of-sale sales data and currently has no SLA.
